Yes. There is a section that is easily accessible for seating forr someone using a wheelchair. The staff is friendly and will make accomodations to make you feel comfortable.

Red's took reservations for my friends and I when they treated me to birthday breakfast, so the answer is "yes."

Do you rent out space to have a baby shower for about 60 people on a Saturday from 3-6pm
They most likely would and are able to do so as they are a family business, but If I were you I would give them a call because of the hours you mentioned as they do close at 2pm daily.
